Our Exective Chef
Paul is a co-founder of Fellpack and the driving force behind our culinary vision. Since opening our first Keswick site in 2017, his mission has been simple: to serve food that truly delights. All our chefs carry this philosophy into everything they create. You’ll taste it in the supergrain flapjacks we hand to hotel guests at check-out, the perfect chipotle mayo at The Round, and the rich Café de Paris rump steak on the current Fellpack menu.
Paul’s cooking style is influenced by a varied journey through world-class kitchens. His time at a Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in London, combined with five years living in Australasia, gave him a deep love for both fiery and aromatic spices. While working as a private chef on a Hampshire estate - think The Gentlemen, minus the crime (we think…) - he mastered the art of seasonal British produce and game.
Paul’s true passion is pastry. Much to the friendly annoyance of his kitchen team during a busy service, Paul loves nothing more than crafting complex, showstopping desserts to end your meal on a high.

At Fellpack Restaurant, we recommend booking.
The Round and Eight Pizza are walk-in only, but our tables turn around quickly, so we’ll always be able to accommodate you.
What time do you serve food at Fellpack Restaurant?
Food is served from 12 pm - 9 pm all week.
What time do you serve food at The Round?
Food is served from 12 pm - 9 pm Monday – Saturday and 12 pm - 6 pm on Sunday.
What time do you serve food at Eight Pizza?
Food is served from 12 pm - 9 pm Monday – Sunday.
What time is the bar open until at Fellpack Restaurant?
The bar is open until 10.30pm.
Can I book private dining at Fellpack Restaurant?
Yes, we can offer private dining at Fellpack Skiddaw. Please contact us to find out more.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, and as all our food is freshly prepared, we can adapt dishes to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies. We always have vegan and vegetarian options on the menus.
