This Adventure isn’t one we’d recommend for beginner runners, but if you’re a pretty consistent runner in terms of training, you should be fine. We won’t be racing, but we will be on our feet for up to 3-4 hours, travelling around 20km on our challenge day (depending on the general speed of the group, time for photo taking etc.!) so you need to be confident you can manage that.
