Pizza, perfected. Only eight pizzas are on the menu at any given time, but choosing won’t be easy.
We are a business built by chefs. That means we’ve spent countless hours obsessing over our dough. Saturation vs proofing time vs oven heat - it’s a delicate, scientific battle. We’ve iterated endlessly to perfect our signature tomato base sauce. We’ve tasted more cheese than we care to admit to find the ultimate blend, and this is just for our margherita, which isn’t even on the menu!
But without a legendary margherita, you can't build a great pizza. Maldini holds down the back so Van Basten can play. Our toppings aren’t just scattered ingredients; they are coherent flavour combinations that offer a modern twist on the classics. We source our ingredients locally, and our homemade infused oils and sauces ensure every last bit of crust will be savoured.
Whether you dine in or take away, we’re pretty sure you’ll be back, maybe for all eight.
We’re keeping our menus under wraps for just a little longer. All will be revealed on 6th November, when we officially open our doors.
Until then, you’ll have to trust us. It’ll be worth the wait.
Eight Pizza is a walk-in-only restaurant, but our tables turn quickly, and we’ll get you in. Just like at The Round, we don’t want a lack of planning to stop you coming. Holidays and life in general should feel a little spontaneous.
