Simon is calm, composed, and wise. Yes, this is a chef I describe! The anti-Ramsey, Simon still knows how to make and plate great food, but his modern, collaborative approach brings the best out of all who work with him.
He studied civil engineering at university, but the lure of life in Cumbria led to him finding his passion as a chef. He has worked at a variety of places around the Lakes developing his talents until the opportunity to step into the Head Chef role at the Fellpack restaurant presented itself.
A proper team player and organiser, honed from his days as a vocal centre back, he now is more of a golfer. Highly positioned in the Fellpack golf rankings, he can often be found at the Keswick pitch-and-putt showing how his delicate chef touch works equally well around the greens.
